Maintenance: Easy to clean and lubricate. Before beginning production, clean the mould properly and ensure that all candle cavities are dry. Insert and position the candle wicks carefully inside each cavity.
Apply a very thin and even layer of mustard oil or coconut oil inside the mould before pouring the wax. Proper lubrication helps prevent the finished candles from sticking to the mould and allows them to be removed more easily without damaging the spiral design.
Heat the paraffin wax and pour it into the mould at a recommended temperature between 58°C and 65°C. Avoid overheating the wax, as excessive temperature may affect candle finishing, cooling time and mould performance.
