Return / Replacement / Refund Policy – Priyav Industries

At Priyav Industries, we strive to deliver quality products and a smooth customer experience. Since many of our offerings involve raw materials and specialized items, returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under specific conditions only. We request all customers to read item details and policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Damaged or Defective Delivery

If your order is received in a damaged condition, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

To raise a valid claim, please provide:

A complete unboxing video (starting from sealed package). Clear images showing the damage

Important Guidelines:

The video must clearly show the sealed package, opening process, and damage. Edited or partial recordings will not be accepted, Claims raised after 24 hours will not be considered. If the parcel appears tampered, record the video before opening

Resolution:

Claims are subject to verification, only damaged/defective items will be replaced

Requests without proper proof will not be accepted

2. When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns only in the following situations:

You received an incorrect product. The product has a verified manufacturing defect

Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind. Incorrect selection by the customer. Minor variations in colour, fragrance, finish, or texture. Differences due to personal expectations. Performance variations depending on usage. Here option for replacement with extra courier charge.

3. Return Shipping Support (If Error Is Ours)

If the return is approved due to our mistake:

Return courier cost will be reimbursed up to ₹50 per kg

Please note:

Any amount beyond ₹50/kg will not be covered. Customers are advised to choose cost-effective courier services. India Post can be used as an economical option. Damaged return not acceptable pack properly.

4. Timeline for Raising Requests

Return/replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Requests after this period will not be entertained

5. Proof Requirements

For any claim, the following are mandatory:

1.       Order ID

2.       Unboxing video

3.       Supporting photos

6. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must:

Be unused, be in original packaging, be in resalable condition.

7. Return Approval (Mandatory)

Returns must be approved by our team before dispatch

Any return sent without approval may be rejected

8. Items Not Eligible for Return

Opened or used products. Fragrance oils once opened. Customized or made-to-order items. Clearance or discounted products. Items damaged due to misuse.

9. Product-Specific Notes

Glass products are fragile, and damage during shipping will not be covered under claims.

Metal tins or containers may have small dents, marks, or slight shape variations due to handling and manufacturing.

Wax-based products may soften or melt during transit in warm temperatures, but this does not impact product performance.

Fragrance oils can vary slightly in colour from batch to batch, which is normal.

A weight variation of up to ±5% is considered acceptable.

10. Usage Disclaimer

Product performance may vary based on:

Type of material used. Method of application. Environmental conditions. Such variations are not treated as defects.

11. Charges & Deductions

Shipping charges are non-refundable

In approved returns:

restocking fee up to 15% may apply. Actual shipping cost will be deducted

For free shipping orders: Original courier charges (approx. ₹40–₹60/kg) will be deducted

12. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers must arrange return shipping

Proper and secure packaging is required. No refund if product is damaged during return transit

13. Refunds & Replacements

Replacement or store credit is preferred

Refunds are issued only in exceptional approved cases

If approved: Processed within 3–5 working days

14. Partial Claims

Only affected products will be replaced

Full order refunds are not applicable unless the entire order is defective

15. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after processing or dispatch

Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order or before dispatch

16. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Deliveries are handled by third-party courier partners. Timelines may vary due to:

Operational delays.  Weather conditions.  Logistics challenges

Important:

We are not responsible for courier delays. Our team will assist in resolving shipment issues

Customer cooperation is expected during resolution

In case of lost shipments:

If courier compensates → amount passed to customer

If not → resolution may be mutually discussed. As a goodwill gesture, we may offer discounts or benefits on future purchases.

17. Final Authority

All decisions regarding returns, refunds, and replacements rest solely with Priyav Industries, and shall be final and binding.
